We hired Heather and her team for our rehearsal dinner and day of coordination. She was in contact with us 3 weeks before and everyday up to the wedding day. She did a walk through and made sure everyone was on the same page. Her communication with us was top notch. We felt comfortable knowing everything was being handled and we wouldn’t need to worry about vendors.

We didn’t have a clue on how the wedding day would flow, but Heather worked with us to create a timeline that laid out the entire event. She helped keep us and our vendors on track. She coordinated everything beautifully, from the rehearsal dinner to letting us know when we were supposed to walk around thanking guests to when we need to throw the bouquet.

We had two locations for the ceremony and reception which made it confusing for some guests, but Heather was able to help guide everyone and did a great job making sure everything and everyone was taken care of.

Heather did a great job setting up the ceremony/reception decorations and breakdown; we didn’t have to worry about anything and were stress free on our Wedding
